2. The site and its content

All photography, text, drawings and designs published here belong to Lumìa and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission.

The luminous pieces shown are original works. Their shapes, motifs and finishes are the intellectual property of the studio.

3. Prices and availability

Prices shown are indicative, expressed in US dollars, and exclude shipping, installation and any local taxes or duties. They are not a binding offer.

Every piece is made to order in limited numbers. Availability, lead times and the final quotation are confirmed in writing after your enquiry.

4. Handcrafted variation

Each object is cut, assembled and painted by hand. Small differences in colour, grain and finish between your piece and the photographs are inherent to the craft and are not defects.

5. Enquiries and orders

Submitting a form does not create a contract. A sale exists only once we confirm your order in writing and the agreed deposit is received.

Custom and trade projects are governed by the specific quotation and terms shared with you at that stage.

6. Use and safety

Our pieces are decorative low-voltage light objects intended for the use described in their documentation. Installation should follow the instructions supplied and, where required, be carried out by a qualified professional.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Lumìa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or reliance on the information published here.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Lecce, Italy, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
